The bathroom equipped with a double shower area, a jacuzzi ,bidet, two sinks . A beautiful landscape of the local area might be seen through the suite balcony

IIn the same floor the second bedroom has 2 beds offering you the chance to unify them.A complete bathroom (shower,bidet,wc.) is next to it.

A cristal roof that illumiates the stairs leads you to the low level.

The full equipped kitchen ( microwave,over,kettle,toaster,cooking area,cofee maker,Dolce Gusto and utensils) the dinning room and the living room are join in an open concept area.

In that level we can find the 3rd bedroom,2,beds,followed by another bathroom totally equipped, (shower,bidet,wc.)

Remember that the bedding changing once a week,the bathrooms cleanning & towels every 3 days.

PAYMENT FOR FINAL CLEANING SERVICE:

An extra payment is required, that includes the final cleanning, wiffi service, and pool heating.

Please note that loud music or excessive noise is not permitted at any time, as the property is located in a residential neighbourhood. Guests are reminded to keep noise to a minimum and respect neighbours. House rules are available upon request.
