Cancellation Policy
40% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 45 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €300 is due.

Please note that the general rate is for 2 guests, the extra guest must be paid at €20 per day per person, capacity up to 7 people (with the extra bed)
